Liquidity Providing
Continuous, algorithmically-generated buy and sell quotes on multiple levels, in line with exchange rules, backed by an equity lending network that lets us place sell orders even when we don’t currently hold shares. Clients receive a monthly performance report.
Share Buyback
Our algorithms monitor stock prices continuously through trading hours and act in milliseconds — where manual monitoring cannot — to minimise the cost of your buyback programme.
Securities Lending
Fully collateralised securities lending for institutional investors and borrowing for all investors, marked to market daily, with frequent updates on premium levels and active re-rating of open loans.
Greenshoe Option & Stabilisation
Acting as stabilising manager, using in-house algorithms to defend the IPO price at or below issue price during the 30 days following listing, covering the over-allotment option.

Yes. Our securities lending activity is fully collateralized and collateral positions are monitored and marked to market on a daily basis.
The over-allotment shares are used to defend the IPO price by the appointed stabilising manager during the first 30 calendar days after the trading has commenced. Price stabilisation can only be made at the IPO price or below, never above.
